Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. However, shipping availability may vary depending on your location. Eligible destinations will be confirmed at checkout.

United States & Canada

Flat Rate: $19.99 USD

Free Shipping: On orders over $800 USD

International (Outside of Canada and the United States)

Flat Rate: $40.00 USD (Available for most countries)

Variable Rates: In some regions, shipping rates may vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Important Note: If you opt out of the signature release option, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. Please note: We are generally unable to ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. boxes.

Order Fulfillment Times
Our fulfillment times vary based on stock availability. Please refer to the item description for specific fulfillment estimates.

In-Stock Items: Fulfillment typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days.

Made to Order/ Custom Orders: Jackets not in stock are usually made and shipped within two weeks. However, we advise allowing 3 to 4 weeks for fulfillment of items flagged as made to order or custom orders.

Tax & Duty Information

United States Orders

Effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption (Section 321) no longer applies.

All U.S. orders are now shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning taxes and duties will be collected at checkout and prepaid by Straven Crafts.

This ensures a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected fees at the border.

All Other International Orders

Customers outside of Canada and the United States should be aware that duty fees and taxes may apply depending on their country’s regulations.

Unless specified as DDP at checkout, Straven Crafts does not collect these fees and is not responsible for taxes imposed by the destination country.

Canadian Orders

Ontario Residents: HST is applied at checkout.

Other Provinces: GST is applied at checkout.

No additional taxes are required beyond GST or HST if shipped from our workshop in Sialkot.

Important:

Refusal to pay taxes will result in the forfeiture of your order.

We do not accept parcels “returned to sender”; such parcels will be destroyed by the courier.

Refusal to pay destination country taxes makes you ineligible for returns, exchanges, or reimbursements.

Shipping Origins
We employ a mixed shipping model to expedite orders swiftly, safely, and securely. Packages may ship from either our Sialkot workshop or our Toronto studio, depending on the item and order nature. We utilize DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.

Customers residing outside of Canada and the United States should be aware that duty fees and taxes are applicable and determined by the destination country. Straven Crafts does not collect these fees and is not responsible for taxes imposed by the destination country.
