Easy Returns, Hassle-Free Refunds

At Straven Crafts, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process for a full refund.

30-Day Return Window

You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Please note that returns will only be accepted for items in unworn condition with all original tags still attached.

Streamlined Return Process

Our return process is designed to be simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps:

For continental US/Canadian returns, use our fast-tracked return shipment service for a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 USD. If you're from another country, a separate process applies.

Alternatively, you can use your own shipping service. Email us the tracking number along with your order number for timely processing.

Pack the item(s) securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition for resale.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll promptly issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Special Considerations

All Selvedge Denim Jackets: Due to high demand, returns or exchanges for our selvedge denim items are not available.

Accessories and Small Items: Certain items, such as accessories, T-shirts, Henleys, hats, and leather conditioner, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns

For customers residing outside of Canada and the USA, please note the following guidelines:

You are responsible for mailing the return to our Toronto office using a trackable service.

Ensure to complete customs forms and invoices accurately. Mark the items as a return and reference the original order number.

Declare the value of the returned items at no more than USD 30.

Failure to follow this process may result in us incurring taxes and duties on the item, which will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Information

Items purchased at a discount greater than 30% are eligible for store credit only.

Discontinued items are not eligible for refund.

Custom orders are non-returnable as they are tailored specifically to your measurements.

Payments made through Klarna, Sezzle, or Afterpay are subject to their respective policies.

Wear and tear on full-grain leather is normal, but please contact us within 60 days of delivery for any concerns.
